Vinyasa Flow

A dynamic, flowing class designed to enhance balance, strength, and flexibility. We’ll link breath to movement to connect mind and body.

All levels welcome.

Room is slightly heated to roughly 80 degrees.

 

Yin Flow + Essential Oils

Step onto your mat for a short and sweet gentle flow, then wind down into stillness as we explore the practice of Yin. Postures will be held for 3-5 minutes to facilitate expansion in the connective tissues of the body. Drift into bliss and introspection with mindful breathwork, supportive props, and essential oils.

 

Cardio Sculpt

Our signature class blends strength training, cardio, and high intensity interval training (HIIT) for one killer full body workout. We’ll use small hand weights, blocks, resistance bands, and body weight to turn up the heat!

This class is offered in our original 60 minute format, and in a 45 minute Express format for those looking for a quick and efficient workout!

Flow & Restore

This class combines 30 minutes of Vinyasa followed by 30 minutes of Restorative yoga. We’ll travel through an invigorating flow, then slow it down with the support of blankets, bolsters, and blocks.

 

Candlelit Restorative + Yoga Nidra

Get ready to relax - this meditative yoga experience incorporates long, gentle holds using props for support. Take time to nourish, restore, and allow tension to release in the mind and body. We'll begin with a restorative practice and end with Yoga Nidra, a guided practice of deep relaxation and meditation.
